Emerging Beyond Inherited Silences (London)

  • The College of Psychic Studes 16 Queensberry Place SW7 2EB London London (map)

Most of us carry inherited silences. Unspoken rules about who gets to speak, who holds authority and who is allowed to be seen – absorbed early, stored deep in the body and the unconscious, and passed down through family and ancestral lines.

Join Andrea Langlois at the College of Psychic Studies in London, on Sunday, September 20, for this in-person workshop.

We will uses the complementary practices of yoga nidra and systemic constellations to bring these hidden dynamics into the light. Moving gently between states of deep rest and open inquiry, you will explore three threshold questions:

  • What stops my voice – and what would it feel like to express myself freely?

  • Where did I learn that my knowing wasn't enough – and what does genuine inner authority feel like?

  • What unconscious beliefs keep me invisible – and what would it feel like to be authentically seen?

This is not a performance or workshop aimed at doing more or being more. It is an invitation to meet the parts of yourself that have been waiting – in the body, in the field, in the lineage – for permission to emerge. It is suitable for those seeking to increase comfort with public visibility, and beneficial for anyone wanting to live life more authentically.

Developed and facilitated by Grainne McAnallen and Andrea Langlois, this workshop invites you into a profound experience of conscious connection to self and others. Book now.
